Shipping Policy

Complimentary delivery

Maison de la Patte is pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on every order. There is no minimum spend — simply select your pieces and we will deliver them to you with the same care with which they were curated.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days. During busy periods or bespoke requests, processing may take a little longer; if so, we will notify you by email.

Delivery time

Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days; however, please allow up to 45 days for international delivery, depending on customs handling and local postal services.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your door.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Maison de la Patte has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@maisondelapatte.com and we will resolve the matter with discretion.

Returns & Refunds Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once the product has been opened or handled.

Cooling-off period

Customers may request a cancellation within 14 days of receiving their order. Because items cannot be returned or resold, cooling-off cancellations are processed as a 50% partial refund of the product price.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement with photo or video proof. A return is rarely required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your claim, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
